Pick-up Timeline: Auctions end on Monday, and customers must pick up their items by Monday. Special auctions may have other restrictions. Most items can be picked up at either location and sent to the customer's preferred pick-up location. Customers can update their preferred pick-up location by visiting https://www.dutchgoat.com/account/edit
During the Pick-up: Customers can pick up their items during the open hours within one week of the auction ending. To pick up your items, bring in your invoice number. If you need an exception or have questions, please get in touch with us.
Authorizing Someone Else for Pick-up: If you want someone else to pick up your items, have that person call or email us to let us know who will pick them up on your behalf.
Uncollected Items: We will hold items not picked up for one additional week. After that, they will be relisted in a future auction.
Fees: There are no fees for picking up your items.
Changing Pick-up Location or Switching from Shipping to Pick-up: Customers can change their pick-up location or switch from shipping to pick-up, but it is best to do it before the auction closes.
