To start bidding on our platform, please follow these steps:
1. Visit our website at www.DutchGoat.com.
2. Click the "Register" button to complete the registration process.
3. Verify your email address and place a credit card on file.
4. Enter the auction and browse the items you want to bid on.
5. Place an exact bid amount or enter a Proxy bid on your desired items.
Please note that all items must be paid for within one week of the auction ending. Shipping is not offered at this time.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. If you prefer to pay in person, you can at our Burley, ID, or Lehi, UT, store locations.

Regarding shipping, we strive to provide the most cost-effective and timely shipping options. After the auction, we will email customers who wish to have their items shipped with a personalized shipping quote. Once you've paid for shipping online, we will ship your order via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available option.
Due to shipping constraints, we cannot ship larger, heavier, or odd-shaped items.
If shipping costs exceed your expectations, we will address these concerns case-by-case. Options may include removing heavier items or canceling the order. While this isn't standard practice for every order, we are open to making exceptions.
